Nick is passionate about litigation and representing clients zealously. Every case is different and if you case requires a jury trial, Nick loves them and has done several of them. If a client’s needs are best served by mediation or negotiating an agreement, he can and has resolved numerous disputes through alternative dispute resolution. At the end of the day his goal is always to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Nick lives in Bloomington with his wife, stepdaughter, two dogs and three cats.
