Dudley and Smith, P.A. evaluates each case separately. In some instances, we can offer you a flat fee. In other matters, we charge by the hour or provide representation on a contingency basis. We try to give you a fair and reasonable estimate of costs that may be incurred during our initial conference.
For most matters, we send out monthly statements to clients itemizing work performed on your file. Dudley and Smith, P.A. accepts payment by cash, check, and most major credit cards.
